The mind is part of the work, too.
I’m interested in what mental strength looks like in real life: making decisions, building habits, taking responsibility and getting back to work after mistakes. No magic slogans—just a practical approach I test in everyday life and while building new possibilities.
I completed the Academy of Mental Trainers. I treat knowledge and tools as things to test in life: at work, in relationships, while learning and when making decisions. I’m especially interested in personal responsibility, consistency, patience and how people recover from setbacks. I share my experience and learning process. I don’t diagnose or provide therapy.
